Hello readers! I hope everyone celebrated their New Year’s Eve in a GREAT way!

My first post of the year will be targeted towards supporting small businesses.. so if you have one, listen up!

Box of Happies

is a subscription based monthly box that features handmade items from artists everywhere.  I’ve actually had this box for a while (This is the October box, I believe.) But I’ve finally had a chance to thoroughly look at the box and even use some of the items!

The delivery was prompt! The box was delivered by USPS. The box itself was a reusable plastic container, inside the Box of Happies you’ll find a glossy card that explains all the ways that you can USE the container!

boh9The first thing I saw when I opened the box was this cute, silver, handmade necklace which I am wearing TODAY!

Also inside theboh3 box was a bar of soap made by the company ‘Wild Herb Soap’. I LOVE organic soaps, so I was super excited about this!

Cute blue and green earrings from Forest of Jewels was also included, along with business cards. I just got a necklace for Christmas that matches these earrings to a

TEE.

Badbaby Quilts sent over something that I’ve actually never seen before-quilts that you can put your tissue in! Sure enough I have a cold and this quilt is in my purse right nboh5ow! LOL

As seen on this business card, the retail price of everything included in this bag is $33.7

5. The October 2013 bag was $23, so you save ten dollars!

The company has been around for a few months since, so I can imagine the cool handmade products that are included in the January box.

I am pleased with the box and it has introduced me to jewelry and products that I wouldn’t necessarily purchase on my own, but still like. I also LOVE supporting small businesses.

The box is redd-approved!
